Our stackable plastic containers are highly durable, and feature ergonomic handgrips for comfortable handling. Smooth surfaces and rounded corners make for swift, hassle-free cleaning. Two variants of the method of nesting/stacking - either 180 degree turn to provide either the stack of nest mode; with split colour for quick identification of stack or nest position; or the use of bale arms that swing into or out of place for either stacking or nesting.
Stacking/Nesting Containers
We supply a range of stacking and nesting boxes, which slide into one another when empty to occupy 70% less space. This means significant storage and transportation cost savings.
When stackable/nestable container are full, users can rotate them 180 degrees and stack up to nine high. Stackable/nestable containers are light and easy to carry. They are compatible with dollies, conveyors and other warehouse equipment, which makes for swift integration into existing transit systems. Many nestable containers are suitable for display purposes, so retailers can send goods like fresh fruit straight to the shelves.
An Attached Lid / Distribution Storage Box is perfect for when you require greater protection / security for contents. Ideal for equipment or hazardous goods transport, Distribution, Press and Magazine delivery, Hygienic storage, Pharmaceutical manufacture and Medical applications. Uses include supply of stock / parts / produce to retail outlets or warehouses either on palletised deliveries or as individual multi drop delivery containers, office and home removals, internal warehousing or manufacturing storage, logistics / service engineers vehicles or archiving storage.
With attached lid containers you have two options.
There are the distribution boxes that nest when empty and there are the lidded straight wall containers that have maximum internal volume.
Both types give security to their contents and no more worrying about lost or missing lids.
The popular attached lid box containers have either single hinged lids, or the ever popular split interlocking hinged lids.
The latter are particularly useful as when the lids are open, the two halves hang down beside the main body, which then allown compact nesting of empty containers - with the lids closed, normal stacking resumes.

Designed for long-lasting, cost-saving performance, the 21" L x 15" W x 12" H all-plastic Attached Lid Containers also features patented interlocking fingers on lids for tight closure and secure stacking. Tie holes located in both ends of container are compatible with a variety of closures to further secure lids and provide a location for tamper-evident seals. With up to 50 lbs. capacity, the container's reinforced sides and corners ensure added strength for protection against breakage from loads or rough handling. Containers nest when empty to save storage space and lower return freight costs.
Other valuable features include a smooth interior for easy cleaning; identification areas for labels and tags; textured bottom to prevent slippage on belt conveyors; and ergonomic, molded-in handle grips for easy lifting.
